What if an account is using my registered trademark as its username?
Trademark violations may involve using a company or business name, logo or other trademark-protected materials in a manner that may mislead or confuse others with regard to its brand or business affiliation.
What is not a violation?
Using another's trademark in a way that has nothing to do with the product or service for which the trademark was granted is not a violation of HitStreamr's trademark policy. Note that HitStreamr usernames are provided on a first-come, first served basis and may not be reserved.
How do I report a trademark violation?

I received an email that I created a new HitStreamr account, but I didn’t sign up for a new account.
Most likely, someone tried to sign up for an HitStreamr account using your email address by mistake. To remove your email from the account:
Email us at from the email account in question and request the account connected to be disabled or deleted. Once the account has been disabled or deactivated, you will receive a confirmation email.
Once this process is complete, you should then be able to use this email address to sign up for an HitStreamr account.
If you're still having issues with your email, let us know.
I can't sign up for an account because an account with my email address or phone number already exists.

Artist Dashboards assist artists with tracking their earnings, play stats, and follower activity all in one place.
Artists can check their current Weekly Earnings, Quarterly Balance, and Pay Rate via the "Earnings" tab located in the Dashboard.
The weekly earning portions on your videos are calculated in the "My Streams" section. The weekly earning portions of any contributions you may have on other artists' videos are calculated in the "My Contributions" section. The sum of these two weekly balances account for your Weekly Total, and are added to your Quarterly Earnings or "Balance".
Balances are paid out at the end of each quarter of the year and can be referenced on the 1st day of the following quarter in the "Payouts" section. Payments are sent in the form of a check via US Mail, no later than 30 days after the end of each quarter.
We try to make it clear and simple. See the descriptions below for each section on the Play Stats tab.
Total Views - The total amount of lifetime streams you have.
Weekly Total - The total amount of weekly streams you have.
Reposts - The total amount of video reposts you've received within the current week.
Faves - The total amount of faves or "likes" you've received within the current week.
Comments - The total amount of comments your videos have received within the current week.
Follows - The total amount of followers you have accumulated within the current week.
From the Uploads tab, you can upload new videos and edit or delete the current ones you already have uploaded.
